Rogers Communications, based in Toronto and one of the first carriers in the world to offer devices from BlackBerry, will not sell the ailing smartphone maker’s new flagship Z30 phone, the president of its wireless unit said on Thursday.

“We need to make decisions about what phones are the phones our customers are most interested in,” the president of the unit, Robert Bruce, said. “It’s obviously a good phone, probably on the high end and maybe a little niche-y.”

Das sind keine guten Vorzeichen dafür, dass das Blackberry Z30 ein Kassenschlager wird.
